Terms & Conditions

1. Parties and Scope These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZenQhi mental training application and website (zenqhi.com) (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by:

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is intended for personal use by individuals aged 16 and above. By using ZenQhi, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. User Profile To use ZenQhi, you must create a user profile by providing your email address and choosing a password. Your profile is for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared with others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. In the event of suspected misuse or unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and notify us at info@zenqhi.com. ZenQhi reserves the right to suspend or block any profile where misuse is suspected.

3. Subscription and Pricing Access to ZenQhi's mental training programs requires an active paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed within the application and at zenqhi.com prior to purchase. Prices are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes before your next billing cycle.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing is handled by the respective platform in accordance with their payment terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

ZenQhi does not directly process payment information. Payments are handled securely by Apple, Google, and Stripe in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. Communication Between ZenQhi and Users ZenQhi may send you service-related notifications and push notifications to your device, including reminders, usage insights, updates, and information about new features. You may opt out of non-essential notifications through your device settings at any time.

With your explicit and separate consent, ZenQhi may send you marketing communications by email, including newsletters, offers, and promotional content. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by contacting info@zenqhi.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

We will not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Rights and Intellectual Property ZenQhi and BikeMedia ApS hold all rights to the Service and all content available through it, including but not limited to audio programs, text, graphics, user interface design, and trademarks. These rights include copyrights, ownership rights, and trademark rights.

As a user, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service for commercial purposes.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

  • Share, resell, or sublicense your access to the Service to any third party.

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to ZenQhi. By uploading content, you grant ZenQhi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

ZenQhi reserves the right to transfer or assign its rights to the Service, for example in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.

6. Security ZenQhi implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data and the integrity of the Service, including:

  • Encryption of all data transmitted between the Service and your device.

  • Ongoing and automatic backups of data stored within the application.

  • Access controls limiting who can access user data internally.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. ZenQhi assumes no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

7. Operation of the Service ZenQhi strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors, defects, or disruptions at all times. We welcome reports of issues at info@zenqhi.com and will seek to resolve them as soon as reasonably practicable.

ZenQhi performs ongoing maintenance and updates. During maintenance, some or all features may be temporarily unavailable. Features, including paid features, may be modified, updated, or removed as part of ongoing development.

ZenQhi reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or permanently shut down the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes or discontinuation.

8. Termination and Cancellation You may cancel your subscription and delete your user profile at any time from within the application or through your App Store or Google Play account settings, without additional fees.

ZenQhi may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service in cases of:

  • Unacceptable or abusive behaviour toward ZenQhi or other users.

  • Attempted misuse of the application or access to other users' data.

  • Breach of these Terms or applicable law.

In such cases, ZenQhi will notify you via the email address associated with your account where reasonably possible.

Upon deletion of your user profile, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy and cannot be restored.

9. Withdrawal of Consent You may withdraw any consent you have given to ZenQhi at any time by contacting info@zenqhi.com. Please note that withdrawing certain consents may affect your ability to access or use parts of the Service.

10. Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability ZenQhi is a mental training and personal development application. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Your use of ZenQhi and any information obtained through the Service is at your own risk. ZenQhi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.

Where ZenQhi provides links to or integrations with third-party services, ZenQhi is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties. Any agreement entered into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

ZenQhi is not liable for failure to fulfil its obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to cyberattacks, system failures, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZenQhi's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by that user to ZenQhi in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be sought to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a competent court.

12. Changes to These Terms ZenQhi may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available within the application and at zenqhi.com.

You will be informed of material changes via the email address associated with your account or via push notification within the application. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time.

Privacy Policy

Transaction Data Details of subscription payments processed through Stripe, including transaction references and payment status. We do not store full card details — these are handled securely by Stripe.

Technical Data IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and app version. Login data and session information. Time zone and language settings.

Usage Data Information about how you interact with the ZenQhi app, including programs accessed, session frequency, and feature usage.

Communications Data Your preferences regarding marketing communications and any correspondence you send us.

4. How We Collect Your Data We collect your data through the following methods:

  • Direct interactions — when you create an account, subscribe, or contact us.

  • Automated technologies — through cookies, analytics tools, and similar tracking technologies when you use our app or website.

  • Third-party providers — including Stripe (payment processing) and analytics providers.
