About us

At ZenQhi, we believe that success in both life and business is built on a strong foundation of skills and mental resilience. Founded by Anne-Marie and Ash, ZenQhi combines expertise from two distinct yet complementary fields. Anne-Marie, a clinical psychologist with a speciality in cognitive behavioural therapy, offers deep expertise in mental health and strategies for managing stress. Ash brings a wealth of experience from years spent navigating the complexities of the business world, where he gained firsthand insight into the challenges of high-pressure decision-making and the constant concern of the associated consequences.

ZenQhi is crafted to empower individuals and organizations with the skills, confidence, and psychological tools to thrive, creating a balanced approach to growth that embraces both professional success and personal well-being.

Anne-Marie

My journey into psychology began in high school when I discovered a fascination with the complexities of the human mind. This early interest grew over the years and eventually led me to pursue a master’s degree in psychology, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy. I've since dedicated my career to helping individuals understand and improve their mental well-being through evidence-based techniques.

In my work, I place a strong emphasis on self-reliance and self-discovery. I see myself as a facilitator and mentor, guiding clients to uncover their strengths and navigate their own challenges rather than simply providing answers. My approach is always informed by the latest research, and I stay committed to ongoing learning in the field to continually refine my methods.

Ash

With a background in the consulting industry, I began my career by gaining hands-on experience in both technical and client-facing roles. I joined an engineering consultancy as part of a four-person team and contributed to its growth into a global company with hundreds of employees. This rapid expansion placed me in high-pressure environments where quick, strategic decision-making and managing client expectations became second nature—leaving no room for overthinking.

Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of how mental training can reduce stress, enhance decision-making, and cultivate a calm, focused mindset in high-pressure situations.
